Conveniently located off of West University Avenue and West Newberry Road, Anglewood is an older neighborhood of homes ranging from mid-1,000 square feet to mid-2,000 square feet that were mostly built in the 1950s to 1970s.

Centrally located, Anglewood residents have access to a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options right outside the neighborhood. Royal Park Plaza is just across Newberry Road and includes a movie theater as well as many other shops, and the Oaks Mall is just down the road.

From Anglewood, you can easily reach major roads such as I-75, Newberry Rd, and I-121. This makes it a quick drive to North Florida hospital, the University of Florida, and downtown Gainesville.
