Can't beat this location if you are a UF student without a car, the bus stops right outside the community, and you could walk to Butler Plaza. This cute little condo has been taken care of and you literally will only have to bring your toothbrush, because most of the beautiful furniture is staying. There is a living and dining area downstairs, with a kitchen that has ample cabinets for storage, its overlooking the greenspace in the backyard. Brand new carpet was put in upstairs, it so soft it feels like clouds between your toes. There are 2 separate master bedrooms with each having a bathroom. Live in one and have a roommate in the other and still have lots of privacy. Outside you have 2 assigned parking spots and you can also cool off in the community pool.
