Adjacent to 150 acres of preserved conservation land, Bailey Estates offers modern living among a secluded, natural setting. It's not far from daily amenities/necessities and is a short drive from Gainesville (20 minutes) for even more dining, shopping and entertainment options.

Homes in the community range from 1,400 to more than 3,000 square feet and are a mix of ranch and two-story residences with two-car garages. The neighborhood has two miles of trails through the preservation area for walking, jogging or biking. There is also a playground and picnic area for resident use. 

Bailey Estates is zoned for High Springs Community Elementary and Middle; and Santa Fe High schools in Alachua.
