Whether you just need an adventure day flying solo or with the fam, or if you have visitors coming and looking for something fun to do with them, check out some of these hidden treasures:






Ybor Historic District - Florida’s Latin Quarter - Tampa FL:  

Did you know that Ybor Historic District was once known as the Cigar Capital of the World? According to history, during the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th centuries, immigrants from Cuba, Europe, and Asia settled here in Ybor where you can still find their cultures alive. Come walk through time visiting Ybor City and its rich and diverse character.



The Singing Tower in Bok Tower Gardens near Lake Wales, Florida: 

Bok Tower Gardens is a National Historic Landmark and a bird sanctuary located north of Lake Wales. Enjoy walking the peaceful paths through the beautiful gardens and the singing tower performance - check their website for times and tickets plus other fun events!



 SPRINGS:
 Ichetucknee Springs:

On a hot Florida day, you will find plenty of places along the drive to the Ichetucknee Springs State Park to rent all kinds of fun tubes to float down the river in the cool spring water and enjoy the gorgeous view!
